Mandalas

A mandala is a structured abstract which consists of a collection of balanced patterns, expanded rhythems and developed forms. The patterns being in the middle and growing outwards constantly reflecting each other, so the effect is kaleidescopic. Mandalas are best worked on squares rather than rectangles, but they do still look effective on rectangles.
